Catfish and the Bottlemen’s third studio album The Balance (2019) is a coveted favorite in my Spotify listening history, but I thought its original black and white cover could benefit from a modernized rebrand. I experimented with weight, hierarchy, and color to create two complementary album covers that reflected the spatial harmony and visual concept of balance using typography.
